When one's home alarm system needs immediate attention, turning to expertise that is ready, willing and able to assist can be of great comfort to the caller. This was my experience recently, when calling upon Michael from Security Heroes for assistance, whom at the time was not personally known to me. Michael promptly responded by opening dialogue with me and immediately impressed me with his depth of knowledge. Soon thereafter his equally experienced and courteous tech, Nick, was dispatched to me and promptly rectified the problem.
